So just what does the Business Action team at Virgin Unite actually do?
We challenge businesses to behave more responsibly and discover that by so doing they will perform better. We help businesses act in a way that can benefit staff, customers and society at large. The consumers of tomorrow will demand it. We act as a consultancy to business friends around the world as well as the Virgin companies to help them:
• Gather insight into global best practices related to business as a force for good • Provide training and development packages to unlock their full potential to be a force for good • Use their business as a force for good in the world and in their communities • To discover how doing good is good for morale and good for business
We offer a number of services: • Research and insight • Impact measurement • Strategy creation and asset
mapping • Best practice sharing • Strategic partnerships • Staff and customer engagement .

We believe that it is totally unacceptable that the such a country has 32,000 homeless young people aged from 13 to 24. With all the Virgin businesses behind this social injustice, we’re determined to see this stop and we are making headway.
Our aims are: • To support young people to unleash their full potential • Give them a voice to take control of their own lives • Reconnect them with society to give them opportunities
